I live where I work and I own properties in the area. I am personally invested in the local market, just like my clients.
I started SellforONE.ca because I believe our industry needs to be more transparent about the commissions and individual agent's performance. After all, when you hire a realtor you are not getting a standardized product but rather a service provided by an individual. Having an insight into their past performance is much more useful as an indicator than a great headshot.
My key performance indicators are as follows.
I sell 7 properties by the time the average agent sells 1. My listings sell for +3,44% above asking. Average agent sells for 1% bellow. My listings sell in less than 7 days on average. The average agent needs more than 3 times longer(24 days).
The performance stats quoted are my personal sales stats.
They are not inflated by team performance or in any other way.
